Problem: Vibrations and deviations of the crankshaft due to bending and degradation of the foundation.

Solution: MAT vibration analysis to identify deviations and possible causes of mechanical and foundation problems. The study revealed a loss of integrity between the engine and the base, as well as loose anchor bolts. As a temporary solution, the frame was consolidated by injecting Apoltec epoxy resin and correctly tightening the anchor bolts. Additionally, a complete regrouting of the equipment was scheduled for the next maintenance stop.
