Problem: Corrosion and shear wear on the thread supporting the support locknut. The compressions ended up fracturing the receiving mortar of the slabs, causing successive compressions as the bridge crane passed, increasing the sag.

Solution: Sanitation and underpinning, supplementary support and leveling of the long-leg rail of the bridge crane, and filling of the box-rail with Apoltec 800.
