Problem: loss of dynamic stability due to a foundation in poor condition.
Solution:
1. Restructuring of upper foundation concrete and restoration of grouting with apoltec®800.
2. Replacement of anchor bolts.
3. Restoration of the base of the frame-riveted frame with removal of the anchor plates.
4. Consolidation of the filling materials by injection of Apoltec®300 liquid epoxy resin.
5. Remediation of the upper concrete of the electric motor pedestal and restoration of the grouting.
6. Relevelling of the electric motor with the removal of part of the supplements and compensated elevation of its frame.
