Selection of Apoltec® Product, Formworks, Foundation Injection, Anchor Bolt Repair: All these tasks have to be engineered before the realization of a Project. Based on several hundred of different projects and international Norms such API RP686, Apoltec can provide all the useful information and justification documents to satisfy All Customer’s Requirements.
APPLICATION
Petrochemical Facilities, Steel Plants and other Industrial Sites: Apoltec team of Specialists can mobilize quickly all over Europe. But If we talk about execution, we talk first about Safety, Apoltec therefore always develops a safety plan on each Project in order to reach the highest standards and O incidents.
Apoltec is ISO 9001 y 45001 certified since December 2021.
1:Grouting. We can share with you hundreds of different experiences about grouting. Here are some examples of pump grouting (Spain 2011), Compressor Grouting (Germany 2015, Finland 2016), Roller Bench Grouting (Benelux 2014).
2:Foundation Modification. Sometimes before Grouting, the Concrete foundation has to be adapted, amplified or modified. Apoltec can provide all these services. See below an example in a petrochemical plant with a Substitution of a Turbine by an electric motor (Netherlands 2014).
3:Anchor Bolt. Apoltec can provide the design and realize the installation of all sizes of Anchor Bolts. Here is an example of a M72 grouting operation below a heavy compressor (Netherlands 2013).
4:Anchor Bolt Repair. Apoltec can provide a wide range of solution in case of an anchor bolt break. Here is an example on M52 Anchor bolts repaired on a distillation column (France 2008).
5: Using Hydpad. To avoid “hardspot”, Apoltec can provide hydraulic pads able to sustain any machinery and ease their levelling. Here is an example under an E.M. soleplates in a petrochemical plant (Spain 2010).
6: Foundation Repair. Apoltec can repair Concrete Dynamic Foundations by Resin Injections. See below an example on a Hyper Compressor Foundation (Spain 2003).
